1- When making a contact, product or general website enquiry, we collect the following information if you fill in all the form: name, email and telephone. The information is not shared with 3rd parties. If you provide consent, we will add you to our mailing list. Other than the above, the website collects no further information about you.
2- An address is only collected if you wish to process an order and we use it for billing and delivery only.
What we do with the information we gather and how long we keep it for:
We require this information to understand your needs, provide you with a better service and quote you the best price. In particular, we keep the information for the following reasons:
• Internal record keeping.
• Given the growing number of products and services we offer, to ensure that the information we provide you is the most relevant. This will also help us improve our overall service to you.
• Periodically, to send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address you have provided if you have given us a consent to do so.
Any enquiry forms collected through the website will be stored for two weeks or until they are dealt with. The system will automatically delete this data after a period of two weeks or when your enquiry has been actioned i.e. whichever comes first.
Other information (name, email address and phone number) will be kept on record so we can deal with your enquiry until you request the deleting of it. System backups are stored for a period of 30 days. After 30 days backups are deleted. Backups are stored using a private server that is not accessible to the outside world and is encrypted. Only European Electronics staff has access to this data.

European Electronics Ltd only; your data is not shared with any third parties. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.
